Meet Brianna

Hi! My name is Brianna Rodrigues, and I’m a Behavioral Technician here at Jersey Behavior. I have over six years of experience working with children from a wide range of backgrounds and developmental needs. I’m currently studying Psychology and American Sign Language at the University of Pittsburgh. Through my education, I’m continuing to grow my knowledge and skills in communication, behavior, and support strategies. I’m passionate about creating a comfortable space where every child feels seen, heard, and valued. I strive to approach each situation with empathy and an open mind, through a lens much different than the average person. My unique perspective helps me connect with children in meaningful ways. I’m so excited to be working alongside Mary and the amazing team here, and I look forward to making a positive difference in the lives of the children and families we support!
